Everything comes to an end, and also 2020 is almost over.
It was a difficult year for everyone, and probably hell for some.
But whatever happens or whatever we do, life keeps moving on.
We just have to make the most of it together and help and support each other.
This year I started my new blog here, and said goodbye to another blog – my old digicrea.be
The new blog also brought new readers and contacts, some with their own website or blog, and thus also new discoveries for me.
One of those readers and friend is documentary photographer Mark G. Adams, he has an impressive website called “One Camera One Lens” with tons of information about photography, a massive collection of Fujifilm recipes, great articles about South West Wales and much more. His website should definitely be a bookmark in your browser, Highly Recommended !
As for the blog here, what can you expect?
Well, next Friday there will be another PictureFX download!
It will be another Fujifilm simulation, one starting with the letter A ….
I don’t want to say more about it yet, so come and have a look next Friday!
For the week of Christmas and New Year ? I’ll also let you know next Friday.
At the beginning of the new year I will write something about sensor cleaning, more specifically a “How To” and at the same time a mini review of the VSGO APS-C sensor cleaning kit. Sensor cleaning is something we all have to do sooner or later, many postpone it because they are afraid to do it themselves or spend a lot of money on a specialized guy in a camera shop, and this while it is actually an inexpensive and simple job .
Also at the beginning of the new year: I had already said that I had bought a Fujifilm X-T1 second-hand with Fujinon 27mm, which I was going to review. Another new lens has been added to this: the Fujinon XF 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR, which gives me a water-resistant combination with the X-T1, and covering a wide shooting range. I think many of you will want to know how this lens performs.
And further, something about lens mount adapters, more lens reviews including the 7Artisans 7.5mm, Open Source Image editing software, Linux: a worthy Windows replacement? and much more so keep coming back !
Looking forward to all your new content in the new year. I think it’s great when we discover new websites, blogs and must of all friends. Thanks for mentioning me and the site, onwards and upwards for next year for all of us. Keep up the good work, looking forward to your next downloads!
